Relativity for Earth People

Relativity for Earth People is an app for everyone who wants to gain an intuitive understanding of Einstein’s theory of special relativity but doesn’t have the time or patience to work through the math.

The app is currently in development and will be available on Apple Vision Pro, iPhone, and iPad later this year.

Instead of equations and abstract diagrams and confusing physics terminology, Relativity for Earth People explains everything in terms of everyday language and accurate 4D spacetime models you can play with yourself.

The math is baked into the interactive models so you don’t have to visualize how spacetime works in your head.

Stop reading for a moment and wave your hand in front of your face.

While you do this, in a very real way, your hand gets a tiny bit shorter in the direction that it’s moving, and time passes more slowly in your hand than in the rest of your body.

This really happens.

Relativity for Earth People doesn’t just describe what the effects of special relativity are. It gives you a deep intuitive sense of why our universe must work this way.
